Last updated 27 September 2026
If a Campaign Kicker account is mailing you without your agreement, tell us and we stop it. One person reads these reports, and that person can switch an account off without waiting for anyone.
How to report
Forward the email to abuse@campaignkicker.com and keep the original in the attachment. That is the fastest way for us to see the real sender, the time it went out, and the list it came from. You can also write to hello@campaignkicker.com — both reach the same person.
Nothing else needs to be in the message. You do not have to fill in a form, give us your name, or explain the law.
What we do with a report
- Same day. We read it and reply to say we have it.
- Paused first, argued later. If the proof is in the email you attached, sending stops on that account while we look.
- We check the list, not just the story. Campaign Kicker records when each address was added and whether it confirmed by email. A list with no confirmation behind it is not defended.
- Repeated or serious cases end the account, the data is deleted, and the mailbox provider is told — that is how a sender who spams you from another tool gets caught too.
- We tell you what happened when it affects you. We do not send you the customer’s private details or billing information.
If you are the one who was reported
We will tell you which email was reported and what we stopped. If you can show the address agreed to hear from you — a signup, an order, a form — reply to the same address and sending goes back on. If you cannot, the rules are on the who may use it page and they apply the same way to everyone.
Our own email
Complaints about the mail Campaign Kicker sends you directly — our receipts, our warnings, anything from hello@campaignkicker.com — go to the same address. Every one of our own emails carries an unsubscribe link, and clicking it works the moment you click it.
