Privacy Policy

Campaign Kicker sends email for small businesses. This page says what we know about you and your customers, and what we do with it. Short version: we use it to send your emails and show you reports. We do not sell it, and we do not put adverts on it.
What we store about you
- Your email address, a scrambled copy of your password, your business name, and the postal address you type in Settings.
- The contacts you upload: names, email addresses, phone numbers, tags and sign-up dates.
- The emails you write, and the reports on them — who opened, who clicked, who unsubscribed, which addresses bounced.
- Sign-up records: the network address and time of each login attempt, so we can stop guessers. Reset and sign-up attempts are counted the same way.
What we never see
Your card details. Payments run through Paddle, our payment provider. They hold the card, charge it, handle tax and send the receipt. We only get told “this person now has a paid plan”.
Your customers’ data
When you email your list, we hold your subscribers’ details on your behalf. You are responsible for having their consent. If someone on your list asks you for their data or asks to be deleted, do it in your own dashboard — Contacts → their row. We will honour an unsubscribe the moment it arrives, and we suppress that address so it cannot be mailed again by accident.
The AI writer
When you ask us to draft an email, we send one thing to the AI service (Google Gemini): the description you typed, like “we are open late on Friday”. Your contact list is never sent to it, and no subscriber’s email address leaves our database for that step.
Who else touches the data
- Vercel — hosts the website.
- Turso — holds the database.
- Amazon Web Services (SES) — carries the mail to inboxes.
- Paddle — takes payments and handles sales tax.
- Google Gemini — writes drafts, only the description you type.
- Pexels — supplies stock photos you choose.
Each of these has its own privacy policy, and we only pass them what they need to do that one job.
Cookies
One cookie, for keeping you logged in. It is read only by our own server, and it is encrypted in transit because the whole site runs on HTTPS. There are no advertising cookies and no third-party trackers on this site.
How long, and how to get out
We keep everything until you delete your account. In Settings there is Export ALL my data (JSON) and Delete my account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: contacts, campaigns, reports, the lot, including the queue and the login history. We keep nothing back.
If you are in the EU, UK or California, you can ask us for a copy, a fix or a deletion by email and we will answer within 30 days. You can also complain to your data protection authority.
Where the data sits
Our servers are in the United States and we run the business from India. That means a transfer of personal data out of your country; we keep it locked to the accounts it belongs to and we never publish it.
Changes
If this page changes in a way that affects your data, we email paying customers before it takes effect.
