Terms of Service

These terms are the deal between you and Campaign Kicker. Using the app means you agree to them. They are written in normal words on purpose.

What you get

A tool to write, send and measure marketing email. You can store unlimited contacts. You pay one flat monthly price, never per email and never for people in your list. Every plan includes the editor, the designs, sign-up forms, tags and segments, automations, subject-line tests, the pre-send spam check and the reports.

The price

• 14-day start — $1. Full access to the Starter plan for 14 days. Nothing is charged automatically when it ends; you choose to continue.
• Starter — $19 a month. 30,000 emails a month, 100 campaigns, unlimited contacts. This is the only plan we sell.
• Need to send more than that? Talk to us first. We set the extra room and the rate by hand, and put it in writing, before you pay anything.
• Nothing is billed per email. If you reach the emails included with your plan, sending stops and we tell you. We do not add a charge by ourselves.
• Your monthly price stays where it is while your subscription does not break, even when our public price goes up.

Billing is monthly in advance and renews on the day you joined — your month starts the day you pay, not on the first of the calendar month. Tax is worked out and paid by our payment provider, so the figure you see at checkout is what you pay.

Payments

Card details are handled by Paddle, our merchant of record. Paddle, not us, charges the card, takes the tax and issues the receipt. Their payment terms cover the money side; these terms cover the software side. If a payment fails we tell you and your plan waits rather than guesses.

Cancel and renew

Cancel any time from Settings → Billing. You keep access until the end of the month you already paid for. After that the account drops to no-plan: your list, your drafts and your history stay untouched and you can start again by picking a plan, or erase everything yourself in Settings. Sending stops while there is no plan. See the refund page for money back.

What you promise

• You only email people who agreed to hear from you. No bought lists.
• You tell the truth about who you are — your real business name and address in Settings.
• Your emails carry a working unsubscribe, and you honour it. Ours is added automatically and we suppress that address for you.
• No scams, no fake offers, no crypto pumping, no adult content to strangers, no hate, nothing illegal.
• You have the right to use the images and the list you upload.

What we promise

• Your list is yours. We never sell it, rent it or mail it ourselves.
• We warn before we act. Except for real abuse, you get a notice and a chance to fix it, not a silent shutdown.
• We tell you what is measured and what is estimated. Our spam score is labelled as an estimate.
• We do not claim an email was delivered unless the mail provider gave us a receipt for it.
• You can export everything and delete your account at any time, in Settings.

Acceptable use and limits

The plain-English version of who may use Campaign Kicker, and who may not, lives on its own page: Who may use Campaign Kicker. Read that first; it is the rule, and this section is how we enforce it.

New sending builds trust slowly, so sending starts small and grows as your results stay clean. These are daily caps, not monthly traps. Importing a list asks you to state that these people agreed to your emails, and an imported address cannot be mailed until it clicks the “stay on this list?” email we send it. One account per person; do not resell access or run the app as your own brand for others without talking to us first. No automated scraping, no attempts to break our tracking, no sharing your password.

Uptime and changes

We do not promise perfect uptime. We do promise that if a change costs you money we will tell you first, and that we will not change the terms mid-month in a way that takes something you paid for away.

Liability

If we are at fault, our maximum liability to you is the fees you paid in the 3 months before the problem. Nothing here limits liability we cannot legally limit, and neither of us can exclude the other’s duty over personal injury caused by negligence.

The small print

These terms, and anything you sign with us, are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Pune, Maharashtra have jurisdiction. If one line of these terms fails, the rest stands. We may update this page; the date at the top shows when.
