Refund Policy

Last updated 27 September 2026

If Campaign Kicker did not do its job, you should not pay for it. That is the whole rule. Everything below follows from it.

Thirty days, no argument

Any payment can be refunded in full within 30 days of the day you paid. You do not need a reason, and we will not ask you to prove one. Email hello@campaignkicker.com from the address on your account and say “refund my last payment”.

After 30 days

We still refund the current month if we cannot deliver what you paid for — if your emails are not going out and it is our fault, or a feature we promised breaks for you and we cannot fix it within the month. Tell us what happened; a person decides, and the answer leans your way.

Cancel a plan

Cancel in one click in Settings → Billing. You keep the plan until the end of the period you already paid for. Cancelling is not the same as refunding — if you are inside 30 days of paying, ask for the refund too and you will get it.

How the money comes back

Refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Paddle, our payment provider. We start it within 2 working days of your email; your bank usually posts it within 5 to 10 working days. The amount is what you were charged, including any sales tax that was added, because tax follows the sale.

Usage after a refund

When a month is refunded, that month’s plan access ends and the account returns to no-plan. Emails already delivered stay delivered — we cannot pull them out of people’s inboxes, and we will not pretend otherwise.

Your bank’s rules

You can always raise a dispute with your card issuer. If you do, please email us first — most problems take one message to fix, and a dispute can take weeks.
